摘    要:目的 研究中药复方开心散的耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用.方法 通过小鼠常压耐缺氧实验观察开心散的耐缺氧作用及对脑组织中SOD活力和MDA含量的影响.观察开心散在小鼠转轮疲劳模型上运动力竭小鼠被电击的次数和对肝糖原、肌糖原、肌乳酸含量和血清中SOD活力和MDA含量的影响.结果 中、高剂量(250、500 mg/kg)组的开心散能明...
