| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理对皮肤病患者负性情绪的影响。方法随机抽取住院皮肤病患者61例,其中,银屑病23例,湿疹15例,带状疱疹13例,慢性荨麻疹10例。随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在进行常规检查和治疗的同时实施心理护理方案。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和睡眠质量量表(PSQI)作为评定工具进行比较研究。结果皮肤病患者普遍存在焦虑和抑郁情绪;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33vs70.97,P<0.05),焦虑和抑郁程度显著低于对照组SAS评分(39.90±4.60)分vs(51.43±3.27)分,P<0.001;SDS评分(30.21±4.70)分vs(36.43±5.51)分,P<0.001],且睡眠质量显著好于对照组PSQI评分(9.24±4.18)分vs(12.01±5.67)分,P<0.001]。结论对皮肤病患者实施心理护理能促进疗效,降低负性情绪,并提高睡眠质量。
