摘    要:目的研究芩榆烧伤液提取工艺,优选最佳工艺条件。方法以黄芩苷含量为检测指标,用正交法考察3种因素(乙醇浓度、加醇倍量、渗漉速度)对含量的影响。结果黄芩苷在10.36~51.8μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993,n=5)。最佳提取工艺为A2B2C1,即30倍量60%乙醇,以7 ml/min的流速进行渗漉。结论该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,可用于芩榆烧伤液的制备。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qinyu Solution for Burns.Methods The content of baicalin was adopted as the index and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Orthogonal-test L9(34) was employed to optimize the extraction technology.Results The content of baicalin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 10.36-51.8 μg/ml(r=0.9993,n=5).The optimal extraction technology was adding 30 times the amount of 60% alcohol at the extraction rate 7 ml/min.Conclusion This extraction technology is feasible and applicable for the preparation of Qinyu Solution for Burns.
