| Abstract: | Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of assay of aloin in the Fufangluhui Capsules.Methods Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used.A Polris-C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water（58∶42） and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detective wavelength was set at 359 nm and the column temperature was maintained at room temperature.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.10-0.70 μg for aloin（r=0.9997）.The average recovery of aloin was 100.13% and RSD was 1.7%（n=9）.Conclusion The proposed method can be used in the quantitative analysis of aloin,as it is simple,economical and accurate with good reproducibility. |
