| 摘 要： | 目的探讨兰索拉唑治疗中老年非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)的疗效。方法将经内镜明确诊断的172例老年NERD患者随机分为2组,治疗组88例,口服兰索拉唑30mg,1次/d,莫沙必利5mg,3次/d。对照组84例,口服法莫替丁20mg,2次/d,莫沙必利5mg,3次/d。分别于治疗1周、2周、4周观察症状改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗4周后治疗组和对照组症状改善总有效率分别为95.4%和73.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑治疗中老年NERD效果显著。
