宫腔镜下子宫中隔切除术后防宫腔粘连方法的探讨

目的研究官腔镜下进行子宫中隔切除术后的并发症,防治术后官腔粘连的发生。方法将患者分四组,分别采取使用宫内节育器、雌孕激素序贯疗法、宫内节育器和雌孕激素共同疗法、不作特殊处理四种方法,观察患者术后的子宫情况。结果经过病例对照研究,四组患者的子宫粘连率及其他情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在官腔镜下子宫中隔切除术后使用宫内节育器或雌孕激素等措施对防止患者术后宫腔粘连无明显的效果,观察术后子宫预后,防止子宫粘连,仍需要官腔镜协同。

Hysteroscopic Rsection of Uterine Septum Rear Intrauterine Adhesion Method

Objective To investigate the post - operation complications after resection of uterine septum under hysteroscope and to find a method to prevent the, harem adhesion. Methods Patients were divided into four groups randomly. Intrauterine device, sequential therapy of estrogen, progesterone, combination of estrogen and progesterone intrauterine device therapy, not special treatment were applied to the four groups, respectively, The patients＇uterus were observed after surgery. Results after a case - control study, no significant difference in the rate of uterine adhesions and other was found in the four groups of patients （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions After Hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum, using intrauterine devices or measures such as estrogen and progesterone has no effects on preventing harem cavity adhesion in patients. Hysteroscopy synergy is still necessary for observation on the postoperative prognosis of uterusa and for preventing uterine adhesions.
