复方大黄水对急性中毒患者酶学的影响

目的探讨复方大黄水治疗对中毒患者酶学的影响,明确其对中毒的治疗作用。方法将120例各种中毒患者随机分成采用常规治疗+复方大黄水治疗的治疗组和仅采用常规治疗的对照组,每组60人,检测对比两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)等酶学指标的变化,记录两组患者平均住院时间。结果两组患者治疗前ALT、AST、CHE比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后ALT、AST显著下降(P<0.01),CHE显著上升(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后CHE、ALT、AST三个指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组的住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方大黄水煎剂对中毒患者器官组织有保护作用,辅助治疗效果肯定。

Enzymatic effect of compound rhubarb decoction on acute poisoned patients

Objective To observe the enzymatic effect of compound rhubarb decoction on poisoned patients and make its therapeutic effect for poisoning.undergoing ALT,AST,CHE enzyme effects.Methods 120 cases of poisoned patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(conventional treatment and compound rhubarb decoction treatment) and the control group(conventional treatment),each with 60 patiens.ALT,AST,CHE enzyme changes of these two groups were recorded and compared.Their average hospitalization time was also recorded.Results Before treatment,these two groups had no significant difference in ALT,AST,CHE enzyme level(P>0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the ALT,AST enzyme of the treatment group decreased significantly and the CHE enzyme increased significantly(P<0.01).The treatment group had better improvement for ALT,AST,CHE enzyme than the control group(P<0.01).The hospitalization time of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound rhubarb decoction can protect the organ tissue of poisoned patients and play a good role in adjuvant therapy.
