腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术与填充式无张力疝修补术的比较

摘    要:目的观察腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术与填充式无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法将240例行腹股沟疝修补术的患者,随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组,观察两组患者手术中及术后并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者手术均顺利,术后随访1-4年未见复发。腹腔镜组术后疼痛较轻,住院时间短,两组比较差异性明显(P<0.05);手术时间、术中出血、血肿发生、尿潴留、尿路感染、肺部感染两组比较差异性不明显(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术可以取得与开腹手术相同的效果,其术后疼痛轻微,恢复时间快,更具有较好优势,值得临床推广应用。

Comparasion of Total Extraperitoneal Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair Therapy and Filling Tension- free Herniorrhaphy

Abstract:Objective To observe and compare of the clinic hemia repair effects of laparoscopic total ex- traperitoneal repair of inguinal hernia and fill clinical effect of tension - free hernia repair. Methods 240 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly assigned into group of laparoscopic and open surgery group. Their situation in the surgery and postoperative complications were observed and recorded. Results Surgeries were smoothly in two groups, During the 1 -4 year postoperative follow -up, no recurrence was found. The gery caused less pain and shorter operation time than the open surgery, and the differences is si 05 ), During of the surgeries, the happenings of intraoperative laparoscopic surgnificant ( P 〈 0. bleeding, hematoma, urinary retention, urinary tract infections and lung infection were at same level in the two treatments ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion guinal hernia and abdominal surgery can achieve same and the recovery time for the patients with laparoscopic ic in- repair effects while the former caused less pain after surgery inguinal hernia surgery is faster as compared to that for the patients with abdominal surgery. Therefore, Laparoscopic inguinal hernia has advantages for hernia repair and is worth of applying in clinical.
