| 摘 要： | 本文报告37例妊娠合并心脏病,以风湿性心脏病发病率最高,占83.6%,先天性心脏病占13.5%;发生产后流血2例,75.7%发生在30岁以下,除剖宫产剖宫取胎各3例外,其余均经阴分娩.重点讨论了产前监护的重要性,分娩中注意缩短第二产程.并对强心剂宫缩剂等药物的应用提出讨论.

| Abstract: | 37 cases of pregnant women comlicated with heart disease are reported in this paper.The classification of the disease, age,incidence,blood volume lost,methods adopted for termination of pregnacy and the monitor of the disease are discussed. |
