背俞温针灸法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的临床效果

目的分析脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛应用背俞温针灸法治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析在我院治疗的128例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的临床资料,将患者按不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组行普通针刺治疗,观察组行背俞温针灸法治疗。比较两组患者的疗效及预后。结果观察组患者的治愈率及治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,症状评分及胃痛评分均低于对照组,躯体功能、情绪功能、精神健康及总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论背俞温针灸法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛可有效缓解胃痛,改善症状、体征,提高生活质量,疗效显著。

Clinical effect of back-shu needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type

Objective To analyze the curative effect of back-shu needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type. Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with gastric epigastralgia of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type were retrospectively analyzed, and patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with back-shu needle warming moxibustion. The curative effects and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the scores of symptoms and stomachache were lower than those in the control group, the scores of physical function, emotional function, mental health and general health were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Back-shu needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type can effectively alleviate stomachache, improve symptoms, signs and quality of life, it has significant treatment effect.
