吻合器痔上黏膜环切术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果比较

目的比较吻合器痔上黏膜环切术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果。方法将我院收治的72例重度痔疮患者按照编号随机分为对照组(外剥内扎术)和治疗组(吻合器痔上黏膜环切术),各36例。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组的手术时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔疮患者的效果显著,治疗时间短且并发症少,值得临床应用。

Comparison of clinical effects of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids

Objective To compare the clinical effects of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids and external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 72 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(external stripping and internal ligation) and treatment group(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids), with 36 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids is effective in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids, with short treatment time and fewer complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
