关节镜辅助下复位空心螺钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果

目的探讨关节镜辅助下复位空心螺钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的24例关节内跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施关节镜下辅助复位空心螺钉内固定术。观察患者的治疗效果。结果术后3 d,患者的B觟hler角和Gissane角较术前均增大(P<0.05);患者踝足部功能优良率为95.83%;患者均未出现严重并发症。结论跟骨骨折予以关节镜辅助下复位空心螺钉内固定治疗的效果确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with hollow screw on calcaneal fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with hollow screw on calcaneal fracture.Methods Twenty-four patients with calcaneal fracture admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with hollow screw.The therapeutic effects of patients were observed.Results Three days after operation,the Bohler angle and Gissane angle were larger than those before operation (P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of ankle and foot function was 95.83% and no serious complications occurred in the patients.Conclusion Arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation with hollow screw in the treatment of calcaneal fracture has a significant effect,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
