综合护理在规范糖尿病住院患者低血糖处理中的应用效果

目的探讨综合护理在规范糖尿病住院患者低血糖处理中的应用效果。方法选择本科室2016年4月至2017年4月120例糖尿病住院患者为研究对象,按患者低血糖处理方法将其分为常规组(n=60,常规护理)和综合组(n=60,综合护理)。比较两组患者的低血糖发生率、低血糖处理规范性、低血糖认知及护理满意度。结果综合组的低血糖及低血糖处理不规范发生率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。综合组的低血糖知识知晓评分及护理满意度评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病住院患者低血糖处理中应用综合护理效果显著,可提升低血糖处理规范性,降低低血糖发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in standardizing hypoglycemic treatment of diabetic inpatients

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in standardizing hypoglycemic treatment of diabetic inpatients.Methods A total of 120 inpatients with diabetes mellitus in our department from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the hypoglycemic treatment methods,the patients were divided into routine group (n=60,routine nursing) and comprehensive group (n=60,comprehensive nursing).The incidence of hypoglycemia,status of normative hypoglycemia treatment,hypoglycemia awareness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of hypoglycemia and irregular hypoglycemia treatment in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P<0.05).The awareness score of hypoglycemia knowledge and nursing satisfaction score in the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing applied in hypoglycemic treatment of diabetic inpatients has a significant effect,which can improve the normative treatment of hypoglycemia,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
