慢盆汤内服联合灌肠治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的效果

目的分析慢盆汤内服联合灌肠治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将我科2015年2月至2017年10月收治的46例气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组23例。对照组给予慢盆汤内服治疗,观察组给予慢盆汤内服联合灌肠治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢盆汤内服联合灌肠治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎效果显著,可有效缓解患者各项临床症状,降低疾病复发风险。

Effect of oral administration of Manpen decoction combined with enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral administration of Manpen decoction combined with enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods Forty-six patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated in our department from February 2015 and October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of Manpen decoction, while the observation group was treated with oral administration of Manpen decoction combined with enema. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral administration of Manpen decoction combined with enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis has a significant effect. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
