| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺叶支气管袖状切除术对中央型肺癌患者生存率及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的82例中央型肺癌患者根据手术方式不同分为对照组(41例,全肺切除术)与观察组(41例,肺叶支气管袖状切除术)。比较两组的手术效果。结果术后1、2、3、5年,观察组患者的生存率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年,两组患者的FACT-G各项评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺叶支气管袖状切除术治疗中央型肺癌效果显著,可以提高患者的生存率,改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of sleeve lobectomy on survival rate and quality of life in patients with central lung cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with central lung cancer admitted in our hospital were divided into control group (41 cases,total pneumonectomy) and observation group (41 cases,sleeve lobectomy) according to the different surgical methods.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1,2,3,and 5 years of operation,the survival rates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of operation,the FACT-G scores of the two groups increased significantly,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Sleeve lobectomy in the treatment of central lung cancer has a significant effect.It can improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients. |
