腹腔镜在胃穿孔修补术中的应用价值

目的评价腹腔镜在胃穿孔修补术中的应用价值。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月我院收治的行胃穿孔修补术76例患者为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组和试验组,每组38例。对照组给予开腹手术,试验组给予腹腔镜手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组Ang-Ⅰ、Ang-Ⅱ、Cor及NE水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组C反应蛋白、IL-8、IL-6、TNF-ɑ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜用于胃穿孔修补术中效果显著,既可降低患者应激激素及炎症因子水平,也能减少并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Application value of laparoscopy in repair of gastric perforation

Objective To evaluate the application value of laparoscopy in repair of gastric perforation.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing gastric perforation repair in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the admission time,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparotomy and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of Ang-Ⅰ,Ang-Ⅱ,Cor and NE in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein,IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy has a certain clinical effect in gastric perforation repair.It can reduce the levels of stress hormones and inflammatory factors,the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
