整体护理对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量、Scr及BUN水平的影响

目的探讨整体护理对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量、肾功能指标水平的影响。方法选取我院120例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组(60例,常规护理)与观察组(60例,整体护理)。比较两组患者SAS与SDS评分、治疗依从性、并发症发生情况、炎性因子水平、肾功能指标水平以及生活质量评分。结果护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后透析、饮食、用药依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者血清Scr、BUN水平均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生活质量各方面评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者实施整体护理可改善患者负面情绪及治疗依从性,降低并发症发生风险及炎性因子水平,提高患者生活质量,改善肾功能。

Effects of holistic nursing on quality of life,levels of Scr and BUN in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effects of holistic nursing on the quality of life and renal function of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(60 cases, routine nursing) and observation group(60 cases, holistic nursing) according to random number table method. The scores of SAS and SDS, treatment compliance,complications, levels of inflammatory factors, renal function and scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased after nursing, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the compliance rates of dialysis, diet and medication in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the two groups decreased after nursing, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum Scr and BUN in both groups decreased after nursing, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of quality of life in both groups increased, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing for patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis can improve negative emotions and treatment compliance, reduce the risk of complications and the levels of inflammatory factors, enhance quality of life and improve renal function.
