NLR、血清CA125及CA199检测在子宫腺肌病和子宫内膜异位症中的临床意义

目的分析子宫腺肌病和子宫内膜异位症患者行血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血清CA125和CA199检测的临床意义。方法选择我院2015年3月至2018年3月收治的84例子宫内膜异位症患者和67例子宫腺肌病患者作为观察组,选择同期150例健康育龄期妇女作为对照组。两组受检者均进行NLR、血清CA125和CA199水平检测,比较检测结果。结果观察组NLR、血清CA125和CA199水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫腺肌病患者的血清CA125水平显著高于子宫内膜异位症患者,血清CA199水平显著低于子宫内膜异位症患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着病情的发展,子宫内膜异位症患者的NLR、血清CA125及CA199水平呈显著上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫腺肌病、子宫内膜异位症患者的NLR、血清CA125及CA199单指标检测阳性率及3项联合检测阳性率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA199检测阳性率显著高于子宫腺肌病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NLR、血清CA125及CA199可能是子宫腺肌病、子宫内膜异位症诊断的有效指标,可评估患者病情分期或为患者预后提供依据,但NLR及血清CA125在疾病鉴别上无价值。

Clinical significance of NLR,serum CA125 and CA199 detection in patients with uterine adenomyosis and endometriosis

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of blood neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), serum CA125 and CA199 detection in patients with uterine adenomyosis and endometriosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometriosis and 67 patients with uterine adenomyosis from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as observation group, and 150 healthy women of childbearing age were selected as control group.The NLR, levels of serum CA125 and CA199 were detected in both groups and the detection results were compared.Results The NLR, levels of serum CA125 and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of serum CA125 in patients with uterine adenomyosis was significantly higher than that in patients with endometriosis, and the level of serum CA199 was significantly lower than that in patients with endometriosis, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The NLR, levels of serum CA125 and serum CA199 in patients with endometriosis showed a significant upward trend with the development of the disease, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rates of single NLR, serum CA125, CA199 and combination detection of the three indexes in patients with uterine adenomyosis and endometriosis were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the positive rate of serum CA199 detection in patients with endometriosis was significantly higher than that in patients with uterine adenomyosis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The NLR, serum CA125 and CA199 can be as effective indexes of clinical diagnosis for uterine adenomyosis and endometriosis, and those can evaluate the stage of the patients' disease or provide evidence for the prognosis of patient, but NLR and serum CA125 have no value in identifying diseases.
