四手操作技术对前牙微创美容修复患者美学效果和护理满意度的影响

的 研究对前牙微创美容修复患者采用四手操作技术的美学效果及对护理满意度的影响。 方法 选择2021年10月-2023年2月我院收治的80例前牙微创美容修复患者，随机分为试验组和参照组，各 40例。参照组给予常规护理，试验组给予四手操作技术，比较两组牙齿评分、美学效果、患齿健康指数和护 理满意度。结果 试验组干预后固位力评分、舒适度评分和语言功能评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）；试验组牙龈状况、种植体色泽、软组织色泽、牙槽骨状况评分和美学总分均高于参照组， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组SBI评分和GI评分均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； 试验组护理满意度为97.50%，高于参照组的82.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 四手操作技术 运用于前牙微创美容修复操作中，可有效提升美学效果，改善患牙功能，提升护理满意度。

Effect of Four-handed Operation Technique on Aesthetic Effect and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

Objective To study the effect of four-hand operation technology on the aesthetic effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given four-handed operation technique. The tooth score, aesthetic effect, tooth health index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the retention score, comfort score and language function score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The gingival condition, implant color, soft tissue color, alveolar bone condition score and total aesthetic score of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The SBI score and GI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of four-handed operation technique in minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth can effectively improve the aesthetic effect, improve the function of the affected teeth and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
