益气复脉注射液辅助琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病并发心力衰竭的效果

目的探究益气复脉注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛美尔缓释片治疗冠心病并发心力衰竭的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年2月收治的98例冠心病并发心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组(49例)和常规组(49例)。常规组行琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组行益气复脉注射液辅助琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后超声心动图情况、心率及血压。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者的LVEF均显著升高,LVEDD、心率、收缩压、舒张压均显著降低,且观察组均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论益气复脉注射液辅助琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者具有较好的临床效果。

Effect of Yiqi Fumai injection and metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection and metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 98 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (n=49) and routine group (n=49) by random number table method. The routine group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Fumai injection and metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets. The clinical treatment effects, echocardiogram, heart rates and blood pressure before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the LVEF of the two groups increased significantly, and the LVEDD, heart rates, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, and those in the observation group were better than the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection and metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has a good clinical effect.
