CT与MR小肠造影在诊断小肠肿瘤性疾病中的应用价值

目的分析CT与MR小肠造影在诊断小肠肿瘤性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2016年7月至2018年9月于本院接受检查的疑似小肠肿瘤性疾病患者68例,所有患者均接受CT小肠造影法、MR小肠口服造影法及病理检查。比较CT、MR与病理检查结果。结果以病理检查为"金标准",统计分析CT检查的特异度、灵敏度、准确度分别为100.00%、95.92%、97.06%,而MR检查特异度、灵敏度、准确度分别为100.00%、97.96%、98.53%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT小肠造影、MR小肠口服造影检查均是诊断小肠肿瘤性疾病有效方式,值得临床应用,其中MR小肠口服造影检查更适用于儿童、孕妇等特殊人群。

Application value of CT and MR enterography in diagnosis of small intestinal neoplasms

Objective To analyze the value of CT and MR enterography in diagnosis of small intestinal neoplasms.Methods From July 2016 to September 2018, 68 patients with suspected small intestinal neoplasms accepted examination in our hospital were selected. All patients underwent CT enterography, MR enterography and pathological examination. The results of CT, MR and pathological examination were compared. Results Taking pathological examination as the standard,the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of CT were 100.00%, 95.92% and 97.06%, while the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of MR were 100.00%, 97.96% and 98.53%, and there were no significant differences between the two methods(P>0.05). Conclusion CT and MR enterography are effective ways to diagnose small intestinal neoplasms, which are worthy of clinical application, and MR enterography is more suitable for children, pregnant women and other special groups.
