门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的效果

目的探讨门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的效果。方法选择2016年7月至2017年7月我院的初诊2型糖尿病老年患者110例为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组(55例)和对照组(55例)。对照组患者采取门冬胰岛素30注射液进行治疗,而观察组在对照组基础上加用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血糖、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的2 h PBG、FBG、HbA1C水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的HDL水平显著升高,LDL、TC及TG水平显著降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年初诊2型糖尿病的效果良好,其能够有效控制患者的血糖水平,调节患者血脂情况,且不良反应发生率较低,具有较好的推广价值。

Clinical effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly

Objective To explore the effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases).The control group was treated with insulin aspart 30 injection,while the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of blood glucose and blood lipid before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 2 h PBG,FBG and HbA1C in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HDL significantly increased,the levels of LDL,TC and TG significantly decreased in the two groups,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart 30 combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly has a good effect,which can effectively control the levels of blood glucose and regulate the blood lipid situation,with low incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it has good popularization value.
