胰岛素无针注射器在糖尿病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨胰岛素无针注射器在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的104例糖尿病的患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(52例,胰岛素有针注射器)与观察组(52例,胰岛素无针注射器)。比较两组患者的应用效果。结果应用后,两组的FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c水平、HAMA及HAMD评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛、残留药物发生率低于对照组,皮肤红肿或硬结发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。应用后,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能及精神健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素无针注射器在糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著,可以降低患者的血糖水平、疼痛及残留药物情况,改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广与应用。

Application effect of insulin needleless syringe in diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of insulin needleless syringe in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 104 diabetic patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (52 cases, insulin needle syringe) and observation group (52 cases, insulin needleless syringe) according to the random number table method. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After application, the levels of FBG, 2 h PBG, HbA1c and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of pain and residual drugs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of skin swelling or sclerosis was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After application, the scores of physiological function, physical pain, emotional function and mental health in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin needleless syringe applied in diabetic patients has a remarkable effect. It can reduce the blood sugar level, pain and residual drug situation, improve the anxiety and depression emotions of patients, and the quality of life of patients, and is worth popularizing and applying.
