氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗功能性消化不良的效果

目的研究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗功能性消化不良的效果。方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月我院收治的84例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组单用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,研究组联用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片。比较两组患者治疗前、后负性情绪及不同症状评分。结果治疗前,两组HAMA、HAMD及不同症状评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HAMA、HAMD及不同症状评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合应用于功能性消化不良治疗中的效果显著,有利于改善患者的负性情绪,还可有效缓解其临床症状,值得推广应用。

Effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To study the effect of flupentixol and militazine tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Eighty-four patients with functional dyspepsia admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets alone,and the study group was treated with flupentixol and militazine tablets combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets.The scores of negative emotions and different symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of HAMA,HAMD and different symptoms between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and different symptoms of the two groups decreased significantly,and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with moxapride citrate dispersible tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the negative emotions of patients and effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,it is worthy of promotion and application.
