维生素D_3联合孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片及糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

目的研究维生素D_3联合孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片及糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年5月我院收治的CVA患儿102例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组给予孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片及糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用维生素D_3。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.08%,明显高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿日间、夜间咳嗽评分均显著降低,且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FEV_l、PEF、FEV_l/FVC均显著升高,且研究组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清TNF-α、IL-4及IgE水平均显著降低,且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且不良反应均为轻微反应,未经干预自动消失。结论维生素D_3联合孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片及糖皮质激素雾化吸入治疗CVA可显著提高治疗效果,缓解患儿临床症状,改善肺功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,促进患儿早日康复,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Effect of vitamin D_3 combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets and glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation on cough variant asthma

Objective To study the clinical effect of vitamin D3 combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets and glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 102 children with CVA admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(n=51)and control group(n=51)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets and glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation,while the study group was treated with vitamin D3 on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough scores of day and night in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEVl,PEF and FEVl/FVC in both groups significantly increased,and those in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α、IL-4 and IgE in both groups significantly decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and all of adverse reactions were mild and disappeared automatically without intervention.Conclusion Vitamin D3 combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets and glucocorticoid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of CVA can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,improve lung function,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and promote early recovery of children,with high safty,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
