剖宫产围手术期应用舒适护理对产妇产后应激反应的影响

目的探析剖宫产围手术期应用舒适护理对产妇产后应激反应的影响。方法选择我院68例实施剖宫产手术的产妇,根据入院时间的先后顺序将其均分为常规组和研究组,各34例。常规组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用舒适护理干预,比较两组产后应激反应情况、焦虑情况、疼痛程度及手术相关指标。结果研究组的舒张压、收缩压及心率均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组产妇SAS评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分均降低,且研究组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后48h,研究组中疼痛程度为0度、Ⅰ度的产妇占比显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组中疼痛程度Ⅱ度的产妇占比显著高于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的手术时间、排气时间及术后住院时间均显著短于常规组,护理满意度评分显著高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产围手术期应用舒适护理可有效地减轻产妇术后疼痛感及应激反应,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Effect of comfortable nursing on postpartum stress response of parturients during perioperative period of cesarean section

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on postpartum stress response of parturients during perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods Sixty-eight parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were divided into routine group and study group according to the order of admission, with 34 cases in each group. The routine nursing method was used in the routine group, while the comfort nursing intervention was used in the study group. The postpartum stress response, degree of anxiety, pain degree and operation related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups (P>0.05);after nursing, SAS scores of the two groups decreased, and that in the study group was lower than the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Forty-eight hours after operation, the proportions of parturients with pain degree of 0 and Ⅰ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the proportion of parturients with pain degree Ⅱ in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the study group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time, exhaust time and hospitalization time of the parturients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group, and the score of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing during the perioperative period of cesarean section can effectively alleviate the pain of the parturient stress response after operation, and improve the satisfaction of the parturient with nursing, which is worthy of popularization and application.
