替米沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果

目的探讨替米沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法将80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者按照随机数表法分为常规组(n=40,采用替米沙坦治疗)和联合组(n=40,采用替米沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的浮肿、腰膝酸软、潮热盗汗或五心烦热、月经不调或性功能异常评分、血清白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均显著降低,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血清纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1水平均显著降低,组织型纤溶酶原激活因子水平显著升高,且联合组优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢性肾小球肾炎患者实施替米沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗可有效降低炎性因子水平,改善肾功能及中医证候,提升疗效。

Clinical effect of telmisartan combined with Bailing capsule on chronic glomerulonephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with Bailing capsule on chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Eighty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into routine group(n=40, treated with telmisartan) and combined group(n=40, treated with telmisartan and Bailing capsule) by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of edema, lumbar and knee soreness, hot flashes, night sweats or five-upset fever, irregular menstruation or abnormal sexual function, levels of serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein decreased significantly in both groups, and those of the combined group were lower than the routine group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of 24 h urinary protein quantification, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in both groups decreased significantly, and the levels of tissue plasminogen activator increased significantly, and those of the combined group were better than the routine group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Telmisartan combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis can effectively reduce inflammatory factors levels, improve renal function and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and enhance the curative effect.
