腹腔镜与开腹前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果。方法将接受手术治疗的78例前列腺癌患者按照治疗先后顺序分为观察组(n=39,腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术)和对照组(n=39,开腹手术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后6个月,两组的刺激症状、梗阻症状评分及总分均降低,功能状况、情感、身体状况、社交及家庭状况评分及总分均升高(P<0.05),但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组引流时间、尿管留置时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2年,两组生存率及生化复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜与开腹前列腺癌根治术均可改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,但腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术更有助于促进患者术后早日康复。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical prostatectomy in the treatment of prostate cancer

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and open radical prostatectomy in the treatment of prostate cancer. Methods Seventy-eight patients with prostate cancer received surgical treatment were divided into observation group(n =39, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy) and control group(n =39, open surgery) according to the therapeutic sequence. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 6 months after operation, the scores of irritation symptoms, obstruction symptoms and total scores of the two groups decreased, while the scores of functional status, emotion, physical status, social and family status and total scores increased(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P >0.05). The drainage time, indwelling time of urinary catheter, recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in survival rates and biochemical recurrence rates between the two groups after2 years of follow-up(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic and open radical prostatectomy can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients, but laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is more conducive to the early recovery of patients.
