阶梯式康复护理对接受微创手术的腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理效果

目的探讨阶梯式康复护理对接受微创手术的腰椎间盘突出患者的护理效果。方法选取我院收治的156例接受微创手术的腰椎间盘突出患者,将其随机分为对照组(78例,常规护理)与观察组(78例,阶梯式康复护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的VAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者生理、心理、独立性、社会关系及环境评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术的腰椎间盘突出患者运用阶梯式康复护理效果显著,值得推广与应用。

Nursing effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing minimally invasive surgery. Methods A total of 156 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(78 cases,routine nursing) and observation group(78 cases, step rehabilitation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the VAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of physiology, psychology, independence, social relationship and environment in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stepped rehabilitation nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation after minimally invasive surgery has a remarkable effect, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
