超敏C反应蛋白在非典型手足口病早期预测中的临床价值

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在非典型手足口病(HFMD)早期预测中的临床价值。方法将83例患儿根据HFMD诊断标准分为HFMD组(41例)和疱疹性咽峡炎组(42例),另外选择同期进行体检的38名健康儿童作为对照组。比较三组血清hs-CRP与外周血白细胞水平以及HFMD组、疱疹性咽峡炎组hs-CRP、外周血白细胞的异常率。结果 HFMD组患儿hs-CRP、外周血白细胞水平均高于疱疹性咽峡炎组和对照组(P<0.05);但疱疹性咽峡炎组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HFMD组hs-CRP、外周血白细胞异常率均高于疱疹性咽峡炎组(P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP水平可作为早期预测非典型HFMD的重要指标,外周白细胞作为辅助性指标,两者均具有一定的临床指导价值。

Clinical value of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in early prediction of atypical hand-foot-and-mouth disease

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in early prediction of atypical hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods A total of 83 children were divided into HFMD group(41 cases) and herpetic angina group(42 cases) according to the diagnostic criteria of HFMD. In addition, 38 healthy children who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as control group. The levels of serum hs-CRP and peripheral white blood cells were compared among the three groups, and the abnormal rates of hs-CRP and peripheral leukocytes in the HFMD group and herpetic angina group were compared. Results The levels of hsCRP and peripheral white blood cells in the HFMD group were higher than those in the herpetic angina group and control group(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the above indexes between the herpetic angina group and control group(P>0.05). The abnormal rates of hs-CRP and peripheral white blood cells in the HFMD group were higher than those in the herpetic angina group(P<0.01). Conclusion The level of hs-CRP can be used as an important index for early prediction of atypical HFMD, and peripheral white blood cells can be used as the auxiliary index, both of which have certain clinical guiding value.
