甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖在老年糖尿病患者疾病控制中的应用价值

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖在老年糖尿病患者疾病控制中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的78例老年糖尿病患者,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组(甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗)与对照组(阿卡波糖治疗),各39例。对比两组治疗前、后血糖指标、胰岛素功能指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2 h PG及HbAlc水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PCP、FCP水平及HOMA-B均高于对照组及治疗前,且HOMA-IR显著低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖在老年糖尿病患者疾病控制中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者各项血糖指标及胰岛素分泌功能。

Application value of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in disease control of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the application value of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in disease control of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into observation group (insulin glargine combined with acarbose treatment) and control group (acarbose treatment), with 39 cases in each group. The blood glucose indexes and insulin function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 h PG and HbAlc in the two groups decreased significantly, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, levels of PCP, FCP and HOMA-B in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment, and HOMA-IR was significantly lower than that in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with acarbose applied in disease control of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can get remarkable application effect, which can effectively improve the blood glucose indexes and insulin secretion function of patients.
