| 摘 要： | 目的观察应用异功散加味治疗孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童偏食/厌食的临床效果。方法选择40例符合诊断标准并发偏食/厌食的ASD儿童,给予间断口服异功散加味治疗3个月,观察患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后,患儿的ABC评分为(62.34±4.57)分,低于治疗前的(78.36±5.35)分(P<0.01);40例ASD偏食/厌食患儿的治疗总有效率为90.00%。结论异功散加味治疗ASD儿童偏食/厌食的临床效果确切,显著改善了患儿偏食/厌食问题,缓解了家长的压力。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yigong powder on partial eclipse/anorexia in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Methods A total of 40 children with ASD who met the diagnostic criteria and complicated with partial eclipse/anorexia were selected.Children were given intermittent oral administration of modified Yigong powder for 3 months.The treatment efficacy of children were observed.Results After treatment, the ABC score of children was (62.34±4.57), which was lower than (78.36±5.35) before treatment (P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment was 90.00% in 40 cases of ASD children with partial eclipse/anorexia.Conclusion Modified Yigong powder in the treatment of children with ASD and partial eclipse/anorexia has exact clinical effect, it can significantly improve the problem of partial/anorexia, and relieve pressure on parents. |
