奥美拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床效果

目的探讨奥美拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的122例老年浅表性胃炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(61例,替普瑞酮胶囊治疗)与观察组(61例,替普瑞酮胶囊+奥美拉唑钠肠溶片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组慢性炎症评分及活动性炎症评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-1β和TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑钠肠溶片能够有效改善老年浅表性胃炎患者的慢性炎症评分和活动性炎症评分,降低IL-1β和TNF-α水平,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Clinical effect of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets on elderly patients with superficial gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets on elderly patients with superficial gastritis. Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with superficial gastritis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group(61 cases, treated with teprenone capsule) and observation group(61 cases, treated with teprenone capsule+omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets) according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatmemt in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of chronic inflammation and active inflammation in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets can effectively improve the chronic inflammation score and active inflammation score of elderly patients with superficial gastritis, and reduce the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α, the therapeutic effect is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
