口腔护理在慢性牙周炎患者中的应用效果

的 探讨慢性牙周炎患者种植治疗中口腔护理的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月 贵州省人民医院收治的100例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各 50例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上予以口腔护理，比较两组口腔保健行为、护理效果 果、牙周指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组口腔保健行为均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观 察组护理总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后牙周袋深 度、临床附着丧失、菌斑指数、出血指数均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意 度为98.00%，高于对照组的84.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 口腔护理应用于慢性牙周炎种 植治疗，可改善患者牙周状况，提高口腔保健行为，且护理满意度高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Oral Nursing in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

Objective To explore the application effect of oral nursing in implant treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Guizhou Provincial People''s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given oral nursing on the basis of the control group. The oral health behavior, nursing efficacy, periodontal index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The oral health behavior of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the periodontal pocket depth, clinical attachment loss, plaque index and bleeding index in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the implant treatment of chronic periodontitis, oral nursing can improve the periodontal condition, improve the oral health behavior, and has high satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
