巴曲酶联合低分子肝素、依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对凝血功能及神经功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨巴曲酶联合低分子肝素、依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对凝血功能及神经功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表将88例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组应用低分子肝素和依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用巴曲酶。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前、后的凝血功能和神经功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组APTT、PT均延长,FIB水平降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组NHISS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶联合低分子肝素、依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死能有效改善患者的凝血功能,促进神经功能的恢复,提高治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of batroxobin combined with low molecular weight heparin and edaravone on acute cerebral infarction and the impact on coagulation function and neurological function. Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group accoring to random number table, with44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and edaravone, and the observation group was treated with batroxobin on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, coagulation function and nerve function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);APTT and PT prolonged and FIB levels decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the NHISS scores of both groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Batroxobin combined with low molecular weight heparin and edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the coagulation function, promote the recovery of nerve function and improve the therapeutic effect.
