微信平台在全膝关节置换术患者延续护理中的应用效果

目的探讨微信平台在全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院101位行TKA患者进行随访。根据随机随访方法将其分为观察组(n=51,微信随访)与对照组(n=50,电话和门诊随访),比较两组患者HSS评分、ROM以及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1、3个月,观察组患者HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,观察组患者ROM显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,有8例患者膝关节伸直功能受限,其中对照组6例,观察组2例。观察组有1例伤口愈合不良。对照组有2例伤口近端裂开;1例伤口近端线头反应,后继发浅表感染。所有患者均未发生假体周围感染。结论使用微信行院外延续护理能有效督促患者进行功能锻炼,加速康复,并能增强医患沟通,及时发现并发症并进行快速处理,节省患者疾病支出费用。

Application effect of Wechat platform in continuous nursing of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the application effect of Wechat platform in continuous nursing of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods One hundred and one patients who underwent TKA in our hospital were selected and followed up. According to the random follow-up method, the patients were divided into observation group (n=51, Wechat follow-up) and control group (n=50, telephone and outpatient follow-up). The HSS score, ROM and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The HSS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation (P<0.05). The ROM in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation (P<0.05). After operation, there were 8 patients with limited knee extension function, including 6 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the observation group. In the observation group, 1 case had poor wound healing. In the control group, there were 2 cases of proximal wound dehiscence and 1 case of proximal wound line reaction followed by superficial infection. No periprosthetic infection occurred in all patients. Conclusion Continous nursing on Wechat platform can effectively urge patients to perform functional exercises and accelerate rehabilitation, enhance doctor-patient communication, discover complications in time so as to deal with them quickly, and save the cost of patients' disease expenditure.
