益血补肾方联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

目的探讨益血补肾方联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月至2018年7月我院收治的94例早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=44)。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予益血补肾方治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血糖血脂指标、微炎性反应指标和肾功能指标水平。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC和LDL-C水平均下降,HDL-C水平均升高,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的α1-MG、mALB、TF及IgG水平均下降,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Scr、BUN及UAER水平显著低于治疗前及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益血补肾方联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果极佳,能够明显改善患者血糖血脂水平和肾功能,降低微炎性反应指标水平,值得大力推广。

Clinical effect of Yixue Bushen recipe combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yixue Bushen recipe combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into study group (n=50) and control group (n=44) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with valsartan, while the stydy group was treated with Yixue Bushen recipe on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects, levels of blood glucose, lipid, microinflammatory response and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, TG, TC and LDL-C in the study group decreased, while the level of HDL-C increased, and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of α1-MG, mALB, TF and IgG in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and UAER in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Yixue Bushen recipe combined with valsartan has excellent curative effect in treating early diabetic nephropathy.It can significantly improve the levels of blood glucose and lipid and renal function, and reduce the levels of microinflammatory reaction indexes, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
