双心护理在扩张型心肌病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨双心护理在扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2017年8月于我院心脏中心出院的DCM患者共104例,将其随机分为对照组(n=52,常规护理)与观察组(n=52,常规护理+双心护理)。比较两组患者护理前、后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS及MLHFQ评分均明显低于护理前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论双心护理可改善DCM患者焦虑、抑郁及心功能状态,提高患者生活质量及依从性,有较高的临床应用价值。

Application effect of psycho-cardiology nursing in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To explore the application effect of psycho-cardiology nursing in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods A total of 104 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy discharged from the cardiac center of our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=52, routine nursing) and observation group(n=52,routine nursing+psycho-cardiology nursing). The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale(MLHFQ) were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and MLHFQ in the observation group were significantly lower than those before nursing and in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psycho-cardiology nursing can improve patients’ anxiety, depression and cardiac function, enhance patients’ quality of life and compliance. It has high clinical application value.
