白内障超声乳化术对糖尿病性白内障患者角膜内皮细胞的影响

目的探讨白内障超声乳化术对糖尿病性白内障患者角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法将我院收治的104例白内障患者根据疾病类型不同分为观察组(53例,糖尿病性白内障患者)和对照组(51例,单纯老年性白内障患者),两组患者均实施白内障超声乳化术。比较两组患者治疗前、后角膜内皮细胞相关指标。结果治疗后7、42、60d,观察组泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌试验结果均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7d,观察组角膜内皮细胞密度明显低于对照组,中央角膜厚度明显厚于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化术会严重影响糖尿病性白内障患者的角膜内皮细胞,这主要与其手术耐受性低有关,提示眼科医师应在术后及时改善患者的角膜内皮及眼表面组织功能。

Effect of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells in patients with diabetic cataract

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods A total of 104 cases of cataract patients admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group (53 cases, diabetic cataract patients) and control group (51 cases, simple senile cataract patients) according to different types of disease.Both groups were treated with phacoemulsification.The related indicators of corneal endothelial cells were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At 7, 42 and 60 days after treatment, the tear film rupture time and basic tear secretion test results in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 7 days after treatment, the corneal endothelial cells density of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the central corneal thickness was significantly thicker than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification can seriously affect corneal endothelial cells in patients with diabetic cataract, which is mainly related to the low tolerance of surgery in patients.It is suggested that ophthalmologists should improve corneal endothelium and ocular surface tissue function in patients with diabetic cataract in time after surgery.
