依沙吖啶联合米非司酮和米索前列醇在中孕引产中的效果

目的探究依沙吖啶联合米非司酮和米索前列醇在中孕引产中的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年2月至2018年4月于我院妇产科自愿要求行孕中期引产的170例患者的临床资料。根据不同引产方案将患者分为对照组(80例,米非司酮+米索前列醇)及研究组(90例,依沙吖啶+米非司酮+米索前列醇)。比较两组患者的用药至规律宫缩时间、引产时间、产后24h出血量、产后出血时间、引产成功率、术中腹痛分级及产后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者用药至规律宫缩时间、引产时间及产后出血时间均短于对照组,产后24h出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的引产成功率明显高于对照组,术中腹痛分级3、4级的人数明显少于对照组,并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔内注射依沙吖啶联合米非司酮、米索前列醇的引产成功率高,可显著缩短产程,减小对患者身体的损伤,降低并发症发生率,安全性更高。

Effect of ethacridine combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in induction of labor in middle pregnancy

Objective To explore the effect of ethacridine combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in induction of labor in middle pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 170 patients who given induction of labor in middle pregnancy voluntarily in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from February 2015 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group (80 cases, mifepristone+misoprostol) and study group (90 cases, ethacridine +mifepristone +misoprostol) according to different induction methods of labor. The time from medication to regular uterine contraction, induction of labor, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 24 hours after induction, the time of postpartum hemorrhage, success rates of induction, intraoperative abdominal pain grades and the incidences of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results The time from medication to regular uterine contraction, induction of labor and postpartum hemorrhage time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 24 hours was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of induction of labor in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the number of patients with abdominal pain grades 3 and 4 were significantly less than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intrauterine injection of ethacridine combined with mifepristone and misoprostol has a high success rate of induction of labor, it can significantly shorten the labor process, reduce physical injury to patients and decrease the incidence of complications, with higher safety.
