康复训练联合阿立哌唑片治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及对患者社会功能的影响

目的探讨康复训练联合阿立哌唑片治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及对患者社会功能的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2018年3月我院收治的首发精神分裂症患者82例,随机将其分为对照组(n=41,阿立哌唑片)和研究组(n=41,康复训练+阿立哌唑片)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者PANSS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗2、4、8周后,两组PANSS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者日常、社交能力、生活能力、卫生能力评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组日常、社交能力、生活能力、卫生能力评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合阿立哌唑片治疗首发精神分裂症效果显著,可改善患者社会功能,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of rehabilitation training combined with aripiprazole tablets on first episode schizophrenia and its influence on social function of patients

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training combined with aripiprazole tablets on first episode schizophrenia and its influence on social function of patients. Methods A total of 82 patients with first episode schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=41,aripiprazole tablets) and study group(n =41, rehabilitation training combined with aripiprazole tablets). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.68%, which was higher than 73.17% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in PANSS score between the two groups(P>0.05). After 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, the PANSS scores of both groups decreased, and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of daily, social, life and health abilities between both groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of daily,social, life and health abilities of both groups decreased, and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with aripiprazole tablets on first episode schizophrenia has a significant effect, which can improve social function of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
