心房颤动患者血浆D-Dimer浓度差异的比较

目的了解不同类型心房颤动（AF）患者间血浆D-二聚体（D-Dimer）浓度差异是否存在显著性。方法将389例房颤患者根据房颤类型和年龄分组,比较不同年龄组中各类型房颤患者间血浆D-Dimer的浓度差异。结果在〈50岁组、50～60岁组和60～70岁组,各类型房颤患者间血浆D-Dimer浓度比较差异无显著性。在≥70岁组,持续房颤患者及永久房颤患者血浆D—Dimer浓度高于阵发房颤患者,且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论在／〉70岁的房颤患者中,不同类型房颤患者间血浆D-Dimer浓度比较差异有显著性。

The comparison of serum D-Dimer concentration in patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective To investigate discrepancy of the serum concentration of D-Dimer in atrial fibrillation（AF） patients. Methods 389 patients with AF were divided into different groups according to the type of AF and age. The serum concentration of D-Dimer among groups was compared. Results In 〈 50 - year- old group,50 years 〈 60 years group, and 60 years 〈 70 years group, there were no significant statistical difference in serum D-Dimer concentration among different AF patients. In≥70 years group,the statistical difference of serum D-Dimer concentration existed between paroxysmal AF patients and persistent AF patients, and between paroxysmal AF patients and permanent AF patients （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In ≥70 years patients, there are statistic significance in serum D-Dimer concentration between paroxysmal AF patients and persistent or permanent AF patients.
