| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨良性前列腺增生症(BPH)经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术围手术期出血的有效防治方法.[方法]采用经尿道前列腺等离子体电切治疗良性前列腺增生症80例,其中40例患者术前服用非那雄胺5m g,l次 /d,7～10天,对照组40例,对围手术期出血的有效防治进行分析.[结果]服药组与对照组两组比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.05).[结论]使用非那雄胺7～10天,平均8天,能使前列腺内血管生成受到抑制,本研究证实其能有效的减少经尿道等离子体电切术中出血量.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore the effective method for bleeding in peri-operation of plasm TURP of BPH by urethra and prostate. [Method] Take the said method to 80 cases, among which 40 in treatment group take Finasteride 5m g,l times /d before operation,7~10d, compared with the control one 40 cases; make analysis to effective prevention of bleeding in peri-operation.
