| 摘 要： | 调查西安市城区孕妇铁营养状况。方法 随机测查不同孕期孕妇的血红蛋白(Hb)、锌原卟啉(ZPP)、血清铁蛋H(SF)、红细胞内铁蛋白(EF)。结果 妊娠20～40周期间,Hb、SF、EF值逐渐降低,ZPP逐渐增高。结论 从孕中期起,随孕期的增加孕妇铁营养状况持续变差。采取预防性补铁措施十分迫切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the iron nutrition of pregnant women in the urban of Xi'an city. Method Hemoglobin (Hb), zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP), serum ferritin (SF) and erythrocyte ferritin (EF) were randomly detected in pregnant women of different gestational periods. Result During the 20-40week period. Hb, SF and EF lower down gradually, while ZPP increases. Conclusion From the mid-term of pregnancy, the iron nutrition get worse continuously, suggested the importance of preventive supplementation of iron. |
