| 摘 要： | 从专利权、著作权、商标权、地理标志、中药保护、非物质文化遗产等方面入手,选取中药知识产权评价指标,并对其进行筛选,构建了一个由6个一级指标、15个二级指标和18个三级指标构成的中药知识产权评价指标体系；然后收集了我国2004年至2013年这十年间的中药知识产权数据,利用标准离差法确定各个评价指标的权重,最后采用加权TOPSIS 方法对该评价体系进行实证研究,检验了该中药知识产权评价指标体系的合理性和实用性。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the protection of intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicine, the evaluation index system of intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine was built, including 6 first class indicators, 15 second class indicators and 18 third class indicators. Then we used the standard deviationSmethod to determineSthe weight of each evaluation index.SAt last, we evaluated theSintellectual property of traditional Chinese medicineSfrom 2004 toS2013 in ChinaSby weighted TOPSISSmethod and validated that the proposed evaluation indexSsystem is reasonable and practical. |
