| Abstract: | The antibody has become an important pillar of the bio pharmaceutical industry. The development of the antibody used to cancer biological therapy was discussed on the basis of antibody engineering technology, including antibody humanization, human antibody preparation, effect function improvement, and so on. Furthermore, the novel direction of antibody research was forecasted. |
