| Abstract: | s: The requirements of technology competition and innovative promote the expansion of novelty retrieval service. This article analyzes the foundation for the fusion of Sci-Tech novelty retrieval and technical competitive intelligence, explores the necessity and feasibility for converging technical competitive intelligence into Sci-Tech novelty retrieval report, proposing way, content and pattern for the application of technical competitive intelligence in Sci-Tech novelty retrieval. |
