上颌前牙区骨量不足时牙种植技术

临床上对上颌前牙区骨量不足时牙种植常感到束手无策。本文通过对24例这类患者种植36颗BLB种植体进行总结，将种植区骨缺损分为四类，即唇侧齿槽嵴沟状凹陷性骨缺损；种植区骨量宽度不足；上颌前分牙槽后缩以及唇侧齿槽骨进基底部凹陷。采用邻位骨瓣转移术、牙槽膨胀技术、联合正颌外科种植技术等进行牙种植，临床跟踪6至24月均未发现牙龈萎缩及种植体松动，功能行使正常，X线片示：种植体骨界面愈合良好。作者认为，该手术方法简单，创伤小，改善了种植区条件，拓宽适应证，有利于推广使用。

Dental Implanting Technique for Inadequate Upper Jaw bone of Maxillary Incisors

Its a very hard job to carry out clinical dental implantation in the case of inadequate jaw bone of maxillaryincisors. In this paper, the summing up of dental implantation with 36 implants of Model BLB for 24 cases in Provided.The cases of inadequate jaw bone of maxillary incisors can be classified into four types:(1) Inadequate hollow/sunken jaw bone of labial alveolus.(2) Inadquate width of jaw bone subject to dental implantaton.(3) Posterior atrophy of upper alveolus.(4) Sunken bottom of labial alveolus.Proceeding from the cases of inadequate jaw bone of maxillary incisors, some effective dental implantation can be applied, such as surgical Plastics/ setting of jaw fore combined with dental implantation, technique ofalveolar expansion, technique of neighboring jaw cane traspositon.It was found that such technique applied toclinical dental implantation in the case of success. According to our follow-up survey from sir to twenty fourmonths of the clinical result of sUrgery, there had been found neither gingival atrophy nor looseness of implantsetting. And the implanted denture has been normaly under way. Besides, the healing of bony interface of forimPlants Proves to be fairly good according to x-ray photographs.We have drawn the condlusion that with BLB implants and the abovesaid techniques appropiatly adopted, suchimplanting surgery of maxillary incisor, through improvement of implanting condition of jawbone concerned, andcan be widely generalized.
