| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)感染与多种上胃肠道疾病及某些胃肠道外疾病密切相关，有多种方法可以用于Hp感染的检测，准确地检测和诊断及细菌耐药性检测有利于Hp感染相关疾病的诊治。本文主要介绍了Hp感染的诊断标准和根除判断标准、各种检测方法的特点及其在临床应用中应注意的问题。

Significance and appraisal for detection of helicobacter pylori |

| Abstract: | ??Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is mostly associated with multiple upper gastrointestinal diseases and certain diseases of miscellaneous systems.There have been approaches available for detection of Hp infection.The accurate assay and diagnosis and antibiotic susceptibility test may facilitate the treatment of Hp infection??associated diseases.In this review??the criteria for diagnosis and judgment of eradication of Hp were delineated??and the characteristics of various methods for Hp detection and the issues that should be highlighted during clinical application were addressed. |
