| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重度有机磷农药中毒抢救的有效措施.方法:治疗组95例进行肌注 静滴双途径适量阿托品应用,加氯磷啶应用,防止药物反跳,对有呼吸衰竭者早期应用气管插管.结果:治疗组95例,治愈 基本治愈89例,治愈率93.7%;对照组68例,常规治疗,治愈 基本治愈53例,治愈率77.9%,P＜0.05有显著意义.结论:危重型有机磷农药中毒抢救,在常规治疗时适量应用阿托品氯磷啶维持有效呼吸循环,同时有呼吸衰竭者早期应用气管插管能显著降低病死率,加用维生素B族,能明显减少中枢神经系统损害及周围神经的后遗症.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore efficient methods applied for treating severe organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods To apply atropine combined with PAM to treat 95 cases. Results 89 cases were cured with a 93.7 cure rate and a 6.3 death rate; while in contrast group only 53 cases were cured with a 77.9 cure rate and a 22.1 death rate(P<0.05). Conclusion During the emergency treatment, atropine combined with PAM should be applied; intubation should be used for those failed in respiratory system and vitamin B can help decrease the harm to central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. |
